Human Resource Generalist
Are you a skilled Human Resource Generalist looking to make a meaningful impact? Full time, 80 hours per bi-weekly pay period, Human Resource Generalist position to play a pivotal role in recruiting for our rural healthcare organization.
Duties for this Human Resource Generalist role include using the latest technology to source candidates, recruiting, assisting with onboarding, and taking the lead in upgrading our human resource system applications.
If you're passionate about enhancing the employee experience and have a knack for optimizing HR processes, we would love to have you contribute to our mission of inspiring patient-centered compassionate care while supporting our dedicated team.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business or related, or equivalent experience, and proficiency with HRIS, applicant tracking systems and search optimization strategies along with excellent customer service, recruiting, talent acquisition, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills required.
Minimum five years previous relevant Human Resources experience, preferably recruiting in a healthcare environment, strongly preferred.
Salary $55,000 - $83,000 depending on experience.
