House Supervisor position available in our Nursing Services departmentHouse Supervisor duties involve working in a variety of nursing departments, assuming house responsibilities, and serving as a resource throughout the shift with regards to staffing, coordination of nursing service activities and patient care in a rural hospital setting.The House Supervisor hours are 12-hour night shifts, 7p-7a, 0.90 FTE, with every 3rd weekend and rotating holidaysWI RN license and ACLS requiredBSN, PALS and NRP preferredA minimum of two years' experience in hospital-based nursing strongly preferredExcellent leadership, organization and teambuilding skills with ability to plan, organize and communicate effectivelyNight, weekend and holiday differentials along with an enhanced benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, Paid Time Off and a 401k savings plan!
