Pharmacy Technician- Hospital

We are looking for a dependable Inpatient Pharmacy Technician to work with our Pharmacists to provide excellent patient care and run an efficient hospital pharmacyAs an inpatient pharmacy technician, you must be detail-oriented, have excellent critical thinking skills and be reliable to fulfill the high responsibility of the positionYou must possess excellent communication skills as well as aptitude in using computersThe hours for the Pharmacy Technician are four days per week, 10-hour shifts, between 6:
00 am - 5:
00 pm with rotating weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Support pharmacological services by stocking automated dispensing cabinets, repackaging medications, compounding both sterile and non-sterile medications.
Ensure timely delivery of medications to the clinics and other departments outside of the pharmacy and automated dispensing cabinets.
Maintain pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed medications and supplies, placing orders with primary and secondary vendors and special compounding pharmaciesVerify contract compliance during procurementVerify receipt of ordered medications and suppliesRemove outdated medications and supplies to ensure compliance with 340B.
Assist in compliance with DEA regulations on controlled substance handling, USP , &.
Maintain a clean orderly pharmacy.
Requirements and Skills:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
