As a Staff Pharmacist you will have the opportunity to rotate shifts between Clinical Pharmacist and Surgical/Infusion Pharmacist.Clinical Staff Pharmacist duties include but not limited to medication reconciliation, electrolyte replacement protocols, anticoagulation management, antimicrobial and opioid stewardship, resource for our emergency department, resource for our four rural health clinics and daily rounding with medical providersThis is a full time Staff Pharmacist positionHours are typically day shifts, varying between 6:
30 am - 5:
00 pm, with rotating weekends, holidays and some on-callB.Sor PharmD degree from accredited College of Pharmacy and WI State Board Registration requiredKnowledge of EPIC or Omnicell a plusMinimum starting salary is $53.72 per hour depending on experienceWe offer an enhanced benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, Paid Time Off and a 401k savings plan!
