The Position:
We're currently looking for a Residential Assistant in our Viroqua location.
This position pays $14.
00 an hour.
We offer health, dental, vision, as well as life insurance.
We also offer an Employee Assistance Program for free and confidential mental health counseling and support services.
Requirements:
High school diploma Valid Driver's license and up to date auto insurance Desire to learn to work with a very special population.
Responsibilities:
Create a safe space while promoting independence.
Support social interaction improvement both inside and outside their home.
Help clients feel like their best, by teaching personal hygiene and grooming skills.
Assists in teaching client's everyday life skills.
